Seethangoli Town (Christ the King) ward celebrates its Annual Feast

The members of Seethangoli Town Ward celebrated feast of their ward patron, Christ the King, on Sunday, 10th November 2024. The Thanksgiving Mass was celebrated at 7:30 a.m. by Rev. Fr Rocky Fernandes, with the ward members conducting the liturgy in a meaningful way.

The ward day celebration took place at 11:30 a.m. Several esteemed guests were present, including Mr Cyril Crasta, PPC Vice-President; Mrs Cicilia D Souza, PPC Secretary; Sr Marceline & Sr Jancy, superiors of the convent; Sr Florine; Bro. Aaron, Regent and the animator of the ward; Mr Xavier Crasta, the ward Gurkar; Mrs Rashmi Martis, the ward representative along with other ward members.

Before the celebration began, SCC meeting of 7 steps method was held and few games were organised by Bro. Aaron. Mr Xavier Crasta welcomed the gathering. Mrs Rashmi Martis read the Annual report. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the various games organised on the occasion of the ward feast. The top scorers in various examinations and the achievers in extra-circular activities were honoured.

Sr Marceline, Mrs Cicilia D Souza, Mr Cyril Crasta and Bro. Aaron shared their festal wishes with the ward members.

The vote of thanks delivered by Mrs Veena. Mr Thomas compered the program. The celebration concluded with sumptuous lunch.
