Parishioners of Bela celebrate birthday of Rev. Fr Rocky Ravi Fernandes.

Parishioners celebrated the birthday of Rev. Fr Rocky Ravi Fernandes, Principal of St Mary College, Bela, on 20th July 2024. The celebration commenced with the thanksgiving mass at 8.00 am, presided over by Rev. Fr Rocky Fernandes and concelebrated by Rev. Fr Stany Pereira, Parish Priest. It was followed by the short get-together organized by the Parishioners. On this occasion, Rev. Fr Stany Pereira, Parish Priest of Bela Parish, Rev. Fr Rocky Fernandes, Sr Jency OP, Sisters of Dominican and Capitanio Convent, Mr Cyril Crasta, Vice-President of P.P.C., Mrs Cicilia Dsouza, Secretary of P.P.C., other members of P.P.C., Bro. Aaron, Regent and Parishioners of Bela were present for celebration. Mrs Anitha Crasta welcomed the gathering. Later, Rev. Fr Rocky Fernandes cut the birthday cake. Subsequently, Mr Cyril and Fr Stany wished Fr Rocky on behalf of all present. Rev. Fr Rocky Fernandes addressed the gathering and thanked each one of them for organizing the celebration out of love. The programme was compered by Mrs Cicilia Crasta. It was concluded by serving the breakfast.

The members of Children's Choir, Altar Servers Sodality and Marian Sodality also celebrated Fr Rocky's birthday on 21st July 2024 following the 11 am mass. The Animators, executive committee members and the other members of all the three organisations jointly celebrated Fr Rocky's birthday. Ms Risha, President of Children's choir compered the programme.
